Q: Is there internet in your properties?
A: Yes, every location is equipped with WIFI internet.

Q: Is this style of accommodation for everyone?
A: Our properties are bigger than hotel rooms, with more appliances, furniture, etc pieces that can sometimes wrong.  We will respond as fast as we can, but it’s not always possible to switch our guests to another property.

Q: Is there parking provided at all properties:
A: In London parking is very difficult to arrange. We advice our guests if at all possible to not drive in London as it is not convenient and also carries a daily congestion charge payable to the government.

Q: Is smoking allowed in or around your properties?
A: Smoking is prohibited.

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: We love animals but unfortunately pets can affect the stay of other guests so we don’t permit them.

Q: Do you provide towels, linen, and extra bedding?
A: Yes all towels and bedding is provided. You should bring your own cosmetics as we provide only liquid soaps.

Q: What do I need to do before check-out?
A: Just leave the keys and go. Make sure you take all your belongings with you as once you close the door you can’t get back in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is at 3 pm local time. Check-out is at 11 am local time. Extra hours may be possible by arrangement with the reception staff.

Q: How do I obtain the keys?
A:  Keys will be collected from a local office near your apartment.

Q: What if we have a maintenance emergency during our stay?
A: Call us immediately. We will respond and take care of the emergency.

Q: What if the property is locked upon our arrival?
A: Call us immediately. We will arrange access or come to assist you.

Q: When do I need to pay for my reservation?
A: For most stays an advance payment is not necessary, but in high season we might ask for some deposit before you arrive.

Q: Is the cleaning fee optional?
A: We don’t charge cleaning.

Q: What items are provided
A: Towels and bedding are standard as are the usual items in the kitchen for cooking and eating a simple meal (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups). Condiments are not provided.

Q: Do you allow early check-ins?
A: An early check-in can only be approved the day before arrival when we know if the property will be empty the night before. Please call us or email us to arrange this.

Q: Do you allow late check-outs?
A: Yes in some cases. It depends on other guests and the availability of cleaning staff. This can be arranged only the same morning as you would like to check out.
